How to Print Your Udyam Certificate: An Easy Guide

Printing your Udyam Certificate is essential for validating your MSME registration. Follow these easy steps:

1. Visit the Udyam Registration Portal: Go to the official Udyam Registration portal. Ensure you are on the correct site to avoid scams.

2. Log In: Click the “Print/Verify” option on the homepage. Log in using your Udyam Registration Number (URN) and registered mobile number or email ID. Enter the OTP sent to your registered mobile number or email.

3. Locate Your Certificate: After logging in, find the “Print Certificate” or “Download Certificate” option on your dashboard.

4. Download the Certificate: Click the “Download Certificate” button to get your Udyam Certificate in PDF format.

5. Print the Certificate: Open the downloaded PDF file. Ensure your computer is connected to a printer. Select the “Print” option from the PDF viewer’s menu, choose your printer, and adjust settings if necessary. Click “Print” to obtain a hard copy.
